Vegetarian Dietary Modifications

Vegetarians may modify the dietary plan on the Simeons’ HCG Protocol by substituting the following for the meat/chicken/fish protein of the lunch and dinner meals: 250 ml (1/4 liter) skim milk, or 100 grams of non-fat cottage cheese, or One egg protein portion (one whole egg plus 3 additional egg whites) boiled or poached *While Dr. Simeons’ did allow these substitutes within the context of the Protocol, experience showed that vegetarians on this modification will lose weight more slowly than non vegetarians on the basic Simeons’ Protocol.
