Allowable Food Choices:
Beverages: Tea, coffee, soda water, flavored water (unsweetened). You should drink at least 2 liters/(10 glasses) a day. NO NutraSweet (aspartame).

One medium (organic) apple, orange, ½ grapefruit, 6 large strawberries ONLY (don’t mix fruits)

Choose only lean meats, from

Choose ONE from asparagus, beet-greens, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, chard, chicory, cucumbers, fennel, onion, red radishes, salad greens, spinach, tomatoes, and zucchini. ONLY ONE VEGETABLE PER SERVING. DO NOT MIX VEGETABLES during weight loss stage.

*NO beans, carrots, corn, pumpkin potatoes, peas, rice. Choose from the above list!

Approved Flavor Enhancers:
One tablespoon skim milk daily
Use stevia packets or liquid for sweetener. No sugar, dextrose, maltose, honey, aspartame. Flavored stevia liquids are available and approved.

Salt, pepper, garlic, cumin, curry, cilantro, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet-basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram and other spices may be freely used as seasonings

No margarine, butter, oil, dressing (unless HCG approved, check our recipe list for dressings)

Juice of 1 lemon daily
