Here are the program steps you will follow:

  1. We recommend you take 10 drops three times a day.
  2. Administering the drops for best absorption: While looking in the mirror, hold the dropper straight up and down, place 10 drops under your tongue and let them sit for 15 seconds before swallowing. Then do not eat or drink for 15-30 minutes. You do not need to take your drops with food. The most important thing to remember is not to eat or drink anything for 15-30 minutes AFTER taking your drops.

  3. Go to “Quickstart” beneath the instructions tab for further information about the HCG diet protocol. This is what you will eat for the duration of the program. The rules are pretty straight forward.

  4. Days 1 and 2- Start taking your Coco’s HCG drops and eat high fat foods. The more fat, the better. I know, it sounds crazy, but the drops take from 3-5 days to “kick in” and this will help significantly to minimize hunger during the next week. Eat foods that are high in fat i.e. Mexican food,whipping cream, butter soaked eggs, bacon, sausage, pizza, ice cream etc.

  5. Read Dr. Simeons Pounds and Inches. It can be found on this link.

  6. Day 3- The beginning of your VLCD (Very low calorie diet).

  7. Continue the Coco’s HCG drops for a minimum of 26 days. If you reach your goal weight before 26 days, please call us for further instructions. Do NOT take the drops for more than 45 days. If you do have additional weight to lose after the 45 days, please contact us for further instructions. * Please note: Directions in Dr. Simeons’ book pertaining to menstruation do not apply to the drops. You may begin your Coco’s HCG drops at any time and continue thru the cycle.

  8. Continue the 500 calorie diet for 72 hours after your last dose of HCG. This is how long it will take for the HCG to be eliminated from your system.

  9. The next 3-6 weeks is CRUCIAL to your success. It is during this time that your body is stabilizing itself to your new weight. During this maintenance phase, your weight must NOT vary more than 2 pounds over/under your weight on the last day of dosing.* Very Important! Look at diet protocol to see what foods to add at this stage.

  10. After being on maintenance for 3-6 weeks, very gradually add starch in small quantities, always controlled by morning weighing. Add until weight remains stable.
