I was on the drops for 39 days, and I lost 36 pounds. I did the 500 calorie diet the 3 days after the drops, so technically I lost 36 pounds in 42 days. I also measured weekly, and here is what I lost:

Arms: 1 1/2" from each
Waist: 5 1/2"
Hips/Butt: 4 1/2"
Thighs: 3" from each

I don't have any good before pictures, but this morning I put on a pair of jeans that fit me perfectly when I started this diet, so I've attached the pictures in what are definitely now my "fat jeans."
